What kind of care do you offer?
I help your body heal naturally using CranioSacral Therapy and naturopathic care. I don't provide primary medical care or rely heavily on tests and supplements. If you need extensive testing or supplements, you can go ahead and consult another doctor. But if you're interested in healing with food, herbs, homeopathy, home remedies, water therapy, and gentle touch, you're in the right place.
My care is focused on your symptoms, closely monitoring how your body handles stress and providing support. I use gentle yet powerful methods, such as CranioSacral Therapy and plants, to help you transform old patterns and heal deeply. This work is a team effort—you’ll be active in your healing, learn to listen to your body, and build a closer connection with yourself.
Do you accept insurance?

How much do your visits cost?
New Patient Visits - 90-minute visits: $180
Return visits - 60-minute visits: $120
Telehealth check-in - 30-minute visits: $60
Additional time can be added to your visit at a rate of $30 for 15 minutes or $60 for 30 minutes.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. I'd like you to please begin the evaluation process for a 6-month sliding-scale discount contract by completing my application form.
My Sliding Scale Tiers are based on income and follow the Multnomah County Living Wage calculations through MIT:
0% discount - at or above living wage
15% discount - between living wage and minimum wage
25% discount - between minimum wage and poverty wage
40% discount - at or below poverty wage
If you are still unable to afford visits at a Sliding Scale rate, I am a registered therapist with the John E. Upledger Foundation’s Pay it Forward program, through which people may apply for up to 4 vouchers to receive treatment at no cost. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours before your visit to avoid fees. Canceling less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $60 fee to your card. If an emergency happens, please call me as soon as you can, and we will apply the $60 to your next visit.

If you believe your situation is truly unique, please schedule a free 15-minute inquiry video call to discuss it. Otherwise, the answer is almost always yes.
Can CranioSacral Therapy or Wellness Care help with…
Yes. Both types of care treat you as a whole person. Your illness is part of you so that this care can help. But it may not cure everything or meet all your needs.
